I had put off a root canal for two years because of what I imagined it would be like. Dr. Carter talked me through every stage before she started, and the appointment itself was genuinely uneventful. I wish I had come in sooner.

What sold me was that Dr. Reynolds showed me a simulation and then told me one of the things I wanted was not realistically achievable with aligners. That honesty is why I went ahead. Fourteen months on, the result is better than the simulation.
