About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to dental treatment provided by Dental (Pvt) Ltd. By booking an appointment you accept them.

Appointments

• An online booking request is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation containing an appointment reference.
• Some appointment types are confirmed instantly; others require review by clinical staff, and this is indicated during booking.
• We may need to reschedule an appointment in the event of clinician illness or an emergency. We will contact you as early as we can and offer the earliest alternative.
• You must be 18 or over to make a booking. Bookings for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who must attend.

Fees

Fees shown on this website are starting prices for guidance. The fee for your treatment is confirmed in writing after examination.

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless a written instalment arrangement is in place, or your insurer settles directly with us.

Where a deposit is required, this is stated before you complete your booking and is deducted from your treatment fee.

Treatment

We will explain the proposed treatment, the alternatives, the risks and the costs before treatment begins, and obtain your consent.

Dentistry is a clinical service and no outcome can be guaranteed. Any indication of likely results, including digital simulations, is a projection based on the information available and is not a warranty.

You may withdraw consent at any point. Where treatment is partially completed, you remain liable for the work carried out to that point.

Use of this website

• Content on this site is general information and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional advice.
• You may not use the booking system to make false, duplicate or automated bookings.
• All content, branding and imagery on this site belongs to Dental unless otherwise stated.
• We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Complaints and governing law

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact the practice manager at the branch concerned. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and to respond fully within twenty working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
