Refund policy

Deposits

Booking deposits are refunded in full where an appointment is cancelled with the required notice, or where the clinic cancels for any reason. Deposits are not refundable for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Treatment fees

• Where treatment has been paid for but not started, the fee is refunded in full.
• Where treatment is partially completed and you choose not to continue, we refund the balance for stages not yet carried out. Laboratory costs already incurred are not refundable.
• Where a restoration fails within its guarantee period through no fault of the patient, we will remake or repair it at no charge. This is our normal response, in preference to a refund.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are made to the original payment method within ten working days of approval. Card refunds may take a further three to five working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Refunds are approved by the practice manager, and larger amounts by a director. We do not process refunds automatically.
