New patients
There is no registration process and no joining fee. Book a check-up and you are a patient. Here is exactly what to expect so nothing on the day is a surprise.
Before you come
None of this is a barrier to being seen. If you are missing something, come anyway and we will work around it.
A National Identity Card, driving licence or passport. We need this to create your record.
Policy number and provider, plus your card if you have one. We will check what is covered before treatment is planned.
Including anything bought over the counter, herbal remedies and supplements. Several affect dental treatment and healing.
X-rays, treatment plans or reports from a previous dentist. This can save you the cost of repeating an image.
A parent or legal guardian must attend and consent. If another adult brings the child, we need written authority in advance.
Write them down beforehand. People consistently forget them in the chair, and there is no such thing as a silly one.
On the day
Reception will ask you to complete a medical history form. You can do this online in advance if you would rather not fill in a form in the waiting room.
Your dentist will ask what brought you in, what you would like to change, and whether you have had a difficult experience before. Nothing goes in your mouth during this part.
Charting of every tooth, measurement of your gum health, a check of your bite, and a soft-tissue screening of your mouth, lips and throat. Radiographs only if there is a clinical reason.
We explain what we found, on screen where images help, and set out the options — including doing nothing where that is reasonable. You leave with a written, itemised plan by email.
Nothing is booked or started until you have read the plan and agreed. If you want to think about it, or get a second opinion, that is entirely fine.
We will send you a secure link to complete your medical history, dental history and consent forms online before your appointment. You can save and return to them, and they take about five minutes.
Paper copies are always available at reception if you prefer. Completed forms are only visible to clinical and reception staff.
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless a written instalment arrangement is in place, or your insurer settles with us directly.
A Rs 5,000 deposit applies to longer appointments. It comes off your treatment fee.
A significant share of the new patients we see have avoided dentistry for a decade or more, almost always because of one bad experience. We are interested in where you go from here.
Tell us when you book and we will allow extra time. A first appointment can be a conversation only, with no instruments used at all — plenty of people start that way.
