How much notice we ask for, what happens to a deposit, and how missed appointments are handled.
Last updated 1 July 2026
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments of 60 minutes or longer, and any appointment involving sedation, require 48 hours.
Every confirmation message contains secure links that let you reschedule or cancel yourself, at any time, without needing to call.
A missed appointment is time that could have gone to a patient in pain. After two missed appointments without notice, we will ask for a deposit on all future bookings. After three, we may ask you to seek care elsewhere.
We appreciate that emergencies happen. If something genuinely unavoidable occurs, tell us and we will apply discretion.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to complete the planned treatment, since the surgery is booked for the patient after you. We will do what can safely be done in the remaining time and rebook the balance.
