A child's first few dental visits set their attitude for the next fifty years. We treat those appointments as the most important ones we do.
First visits are deliberately gentle — a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth, a look in a mirror, a sticker. We do not force treatment on a child who is not ready, because a frightened child today is an avoidant adult later.
Where treatment is genuinely needed, we introduce it using tell–show–do: explain it, demonstrate it on a finger or a model, then do it. Parents are welcome in the surgery throughout.
